Okay, take a chill pill, I know applying to schools is totally overwhelming. It feels like there are infinite applications, deadlines to do, and you're just drowning in a sea of paperwork. Once you've got a game plan, you can get organized those applications one by one. And remember, it's alright to talk to someone. Your counselor are there to guide you this process.

Is This a Mid-Life Crisis or Just Me? (I'm 18)

I mean, I know that age is like, super young for a mid-life crisis, right? But seriously, lately I've been feeling super lost. It's like everyone else knows what they want to do with their future, and I just feel stuck. Maybe it's something more serious?

I mean, I still love hanging out with my fam, but I also have this crazy desire to do something wild.

The Blank Page of Uni Life is freaking me out

Okay, real talk, I'm/am/feel completely losing it/freaking out/stressed about this. Starting university was always this huge deal/a dream come true/something I kinda panicked about, but now that it's actually here/happening/upon us, all I see is this giant, empty page/canvas/space and I have no idea/clue/concept what to do. Do/Should/Must I even start with the books/lectures/classes? Should I be networking/find friends/go to every event? I feel like everyone else is totally on top of it/has it figured out/living their best life, while I'm just over here, totally clueless/panicking/lost.

Every day feels like staring down a massive stack of tasks. Overwhelmed with the struggle to simply fill out each form on my path forward. Where did I go wrong? Did I choose the inaccurate map? Is there even a glimmer that my future isn't just an never-ending stream of empty applications? Maybe I need taking a step back before I succumb to this stressful situation.
